Salary: $150K – $180K + Bonus

A prestigious international 4.5-star hotel in Melbourne is currently seeking a Hotel Manager to lead day-to-day operations of this flagship property, known for its exceptional service, high-performing food and beverage outlets, and award-winning wedding and event facilities.

The hotel features 250+ well-appointed rooms, three busy F&B venues, and a vibrant events calendar that has made it a sought-after destination for both corporate and social functions.

Reporting directly to the Area General Manager, this is a critical leadership position requiring a polished, hands-on operator who thrives in a dynamic city hotel environment.

Key Candidate Criteria:

  • Current Hotel Manager or Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) in a 4.5–5-star environment

  • Extensive experience and deep industry networks within Melbourne are essential

  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team performance and guest satisfaction

  • Commercially astute with solid understanding of rooms, F&B, and events operations

  • A passion for hospitality and high standards of presentation, service, and execution
