This individual will be responsible for setting up and delivering the strategic plan and maximise the opportunities to achieve the Budget and Priority targets including continuous improvement P&L and cost management, experience delivery and guest experience and operational excellence.
Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to deliver the Strategic Plan for theses high-end 5-star business units. Provide guidance and support in the General Managers delivering each of the pillars of the business plans.
Provide strategic advice and recommendations to each General Manager as well as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Team.
Responsibility for the delivery of the revenue plan for the business.
Direct and oversee the financial performance of the business unit. Facilitate the budget and forecasting processes and ensure any potential risks to budget achievement are delivered based on forecasting ahead of any impact.
Identify opportunities to leverage the guest experience and advocacy across this 5-star group by recommending and promoting cross-sell opportunities with other businesses.
Participate and contribute to the companies agenda regarding the development of new products and experiences.
Manage the capital expenditure program. Manage the effective maintenance, performance and productivity of the asset base. Oversee and direct the delivery of the company’s continuous improvement program. Delegate responsibilities, supervise and manage the work performance of direct reports.
Importantly is to build a customer-centric, service-oriented culture of continuous improvement. AND Lead, motivate, coach and mentor to ensure maximum performance and developmental growth of all Staff. Identify and support leadership development opportunities for key staff.
And Identify and manage risks and compliance within the corporate risk framework ensuring the CEO is appraised of risks to financial and operational performance and risk mitigation strategies

A hotel that is well known for its conference and wedding facilities and functions. Catering is for up to approx 700 guests.
For this position, the successful will report to the General Manager and also to the Vice President S&M based internationally.
You will be responsible for all Sales and Marketing strategies within this hotel. Looking after wholesalers and retail travel market and corporate accounts. And of course, creating more business. Also, you will be managing the revenue team . All in all 10 staff members.
Also required is a complete understanding and the previous implementation of social media and marketing strategies which are vitally important . The hotel is at the forefront in this regard . Cutting edge stuff and quite impressive. Also you will be required to manage the strategic direction of the hotel. A property that continually has high occupancy at yield. A well-oiled property with a low turnover of staff.
