DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS / HOTEL MANAGER
Flagship 5-Star Luxury Hotel – Asia
(Comparable to the standards of Dorchester, Belmond, and Mandarin Oriental)

This role oversees the day-to-day hotel operations across Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Recreation, and Ancillary Services. The position carries full operational responsibility for the smooth execution of guest service standards, financial performance, and colleague engagement across a highly complex luxury operation.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and direct operational departments (Rooms, F&B, Spa/Recreation, etc.) in line with 5-star international luxury standards.

Ensure consistently exceptional guest experiences that reflect the prestige of they property

Drive operational efficiency, service innovation, and brand reputation.

Manage, mentor, and inspire a multicultural leadership team.

Oversee large-scale events, VIP delegations, and international conference business.

Collaborate with the General Manager and Executive Committee on strategy and execution.
Candidate Profile ( Important )

A proven luxury hospitality leader with experience in large-scale 5-star hotels/resorts (minimum 300 rooms, multiple F&B outlets).

Strong background in both Rooms and Food & Beverage operations at the senior level.

Track record of managing multicultural teams within complex, flagship operations.

Excellent communication, financial acumen, and leadership skills.

Culturally sensitive, resilient, and adept at operating in international markets.
Reporting Line
This position reports directly to the General Manager and is a pivotal member of the hotel’s senior leadership team.
