Stuart Mullins is the Director and owner of Executive Search International Pty Ltd (ESI), a company he established in 1994. Based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, ESI specializes in senior-level hospitality recruitment across the globe. The company operates in regions such as China, Australia, Africa, India, the Pacific, Southeast Asia, the Maldives, the Caribbean, and beyond. With over 20 years of expertise in executive recruitment, Stuart has collaborated with prominent companies including The Peninsula Group, Shangri-La, Centara Hotels and Resorts, One&Only, Accor, Rydges/QT Hotels, Outrigger Resorts, Choice Hotels, The Fairmont Group, Aman Resorts, IHG, Discovery Parks Australia, Spicers Retreats, and Cable Beach Club Broome, among others.

From 1991 to 1994, Stuart worked as a senior recruiter for Executive Search International Tokyo (ESI Japan), established in 1967. In this role, he handled senior recruitment for global corporations such as Unilever, Swire Group, Cargill, Johnson & Johnson, Amway, Coca-Cola, De Beers, L’Oréal, Budweiser, and more.

After returning to Australia, Stuart launched his own successful hospitality recruitment firm, which continues to thrive to this day.
