Executive Search International is currently recruiting for a dynamic and innovative Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of a internationally branded hotel with a focus on locally produced food and working with the local growers.
This is a chance to oversee a diverse portfolio of a signature Australia wide award winning restaurant plus a chic trendy street level bistro plus bar. Added to this are banquets and events that cater to a discerning corporate and leisure markets.
You will take charge of the hotel’s entire culinary direction—menu design, quality control, cost management, and team development. This is a high-profile role that requires a hands-on leader who thrives on creativity while maintaining discipline in financial and operational performance.
🌍 Key Requirements
Current or recent Executive Chef in a 4.5 to 5 -star hotel/resort environment
Demonstrated excellence across multiple outlets and large-scale banquets/events
Strong food cost control and financial acumen
Creative flair with a passion for modern, globally influenced cuisine
Proven leadership and mentoring skills with multicultural teams
