We are seeking an inspirational leader with a proven track record in managing ultra-luxury resorts. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and team empowerment while maintaining the high standards this prestigious brand is known for.
💼 Key Requirements
Extensive experience in managing 5-star luxury resorts, ideally in island or remote destinations
Expertise in managing high-yield villa inventory and upscale F&B operations
Strong financial acumen and leadership skills
A refined understanding of international luxury travellers, particularly from Europe, the Middle East, and Asia
Hands-on, people-focused leadership style with a passion for detail and guest delight
💰 Package
USD $8,000 – $10,000 Net per Month
