With 600 + guest rooms, suites and residences, a 1,200 approx sqm ballroom and world-class events center, and quite a few innovative F&B outlets, the property sets new standards for scale and sophistication.

Role Overview
The Director of Food & Beverage will be a visionary leader responsible for the strategic direction, operational excellence, and guest experience across all dining and beverage venues, including:

diverse restaurants and bars

Large-scale banqueting, ballroom, and events operations.

In-room dining, lounges, and specialty outlets.
This role reports directly to the General Manager and will be a key member of the hotel’s Executive Committee.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and develop a large multi-cultural F&B team across all outlets and banquet operations.

Drive concept innovation, menu design, and service excellence in partnership with &%$# Group and international collaborators.

Ensure the seamless delivery of large-scale events, banquets, and conferences within the 1,250 sqm ballroom and events center.

Implement financial strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Candidate Profile
-
Proven track record as a senior Food & Beverage leader in large-scale luxury hotels or resorts (ideally 5-star, flagship, or iconic properties).

Demonstrated expertise in both restaurant operations and large banquet/event execution.

Experience in managing 7 + F&B outlets or equivalent scope preferred.

Strong business acumen with a history of achieving financial and guest satisfaction goals.

Inspirational leadership style with the ability to build, mentor, and retain world-class teams.

International exposure with a flair for working in multicultural environments; Asian market experience an advantage.
