The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a polished senior F&B leader from a world-class luxury hotel environment—preferably with experience in brands such as Peninsula, Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons, Shangri-La or other iconic 5-star groups.

The successful candidate will oversee a diverse F&B portfolio, uphold the highest standards of culinary excellence and guest service, and drive both commercial performance and brand integrity across all venues.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a large F&B team across five high-profile outlets, including fine dining, specialty restaurants, bar & lounge concepts, and premium in-room dining.

  • Oversee banqueting and events operations for corporate, social, and VIP clientele.

  • Uphold world-class service standards synonymous with elite luxury hotel brands.

  • Drive profitability through strategic menu engineering, cost control, and revenue optimisation.

  • Collaborate closely with culinary leadership to maintain exceptional food quality and innovation.

  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, HACCP, and hygiene protocols.

  • Develop, mentor, and succession-plan a strong leadership pipeline within the F&B division.

  • Build strong relationships with guests, partners, suppliers, and the local dining community.


Candidate Profile

  • Senior F&B leader with extensive experience in luxury hotel environments (400 rooms+).

  • Background in groups such as Peninsula, Mandarin Oriental,Ritz-Carlton, or comparable 5-star operators.

  • Demonstrated success overseeing multiple outlets and large teams in high-volume urban hotels.

  • Strong business acumen with proven results in revenue maximisation and guest satisfaction.

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Culturally aware, polished, and capable of performing at the highest international standard.
