Cluster Director of Resorts – Fiji & South Pacific
Overseeing a approx Five-Property Portfolio (4★, 4.5★ & Luxury 5★ Resorts)
This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned senior operator to take responsibility for a diverse and high-profile resort cluster across Fiji and the greater South Pacific region. The successful individual will lead the operational and strategic management of approximately five resorts, ranging from well-established 4-star properties to premium 4.5-star operations and an exclusive luxury 5-star flagship.
Reporting directly to the Group CEO, your responsibilities will include:
Providing strategic leadership across all five resorts to ensure consistently high operational standards.
Guiding and mentoring General Managers and senior leadership teams across the portfolio.
Driving financial performance, guest satisfaction, and service excellence across multi-tiered properties.
Overseeing compliance, brand standards, and the implementation of group-wide initiatives.
Supporting ongoing renovations, refurbishments, and property enhancement projects.
Leading talent development, succession planning, and leadership growth across the group.
Ensuring strong stakeholder, owner, and community relations throughout Fiji and the South Pacific.
Championing innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement across all operational areas.
