Director of Food & Beverage, Iconic high-end 5-Star Hotel – Vietnam

Overview
A landmark 5-star property featuring 450 +  rooms and six dynamic F&B outlets is seeking an accomplished Director of Food & Beverage to lead operations across restaurants, bars, lounges, and large-scale banqueting facilities. This is a senior leadership role responsible for elevating service standards, driving revenue, and shaping the F&B vision of this to be flagship hotel.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a large multi-outlet F&B team, ensuring service excellence across all venues.

  • Oversee large banqueting and event operations, driving consistency in standards for high-volume functions.

  • Develop and implement menu concepts, pricing strategies, and seasonal offerings in consultation with culinary leadership.

  • Direct all F&B  operations and enhancement activities, including OS&E planning through to concept execution.

  • Play an integral role in the hotel’s broader expansion and growth initiatives.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, and brand partners to refine concepts and service experiences.

  • Analyse financial performance, control costs, and deliver strong GOP results.

  • Maintain compliance with hygiene, food safety, and local regulatory standards.


Candidate Profile

  • Senior F&B operator with multi-outlet luxury hotel experience (5-star international brands preferred).

  • Proven leadership with experience in large teams and complex operations.

  • Strong background in high-volume banqueting and events.

  • Strategic, creative, and commercially astute.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.
