The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a polished senior F&B leader from a world-class luxury hotel environment—preferably with experience in brands such as Peninsula, Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons, Shangri-La or other iconic 5-star groups.
The successful candidate will oversee a diverse F&B portfolio, uphold the highest standards of culinary excellence and guest service, and drive both commercial performance and brand integrity across all venues.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a large F&B team across five high-profile outlets, including fine dining, specialty restaurants, bar & lounge concepts, and premium in-room dining.

Oversee banqueting and events operations for corporate, social, and VIP clientele.

Uphold world-class service standards synonymous with elite luxury hotel brands.

Drive profitability through strategic menu engineering, cost control, and revenue optimisation.

Collaborate closely with culinary leadership to maintain exceptional food quality and innovation.

Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, HACCP, and hygiene protocols.

Develop, mentor, and succession-plan a strong leadership pipeline within the F&B division.

Build strong relationships with guests, partners, suppliers, and the local dining community.
Candidate Profile

Senior F&B leader with extensive experience in luxury hotel environments (400 rooms+).

Background in groups such as Peninsula, Mandarin Oriental,Ritz-Carlton, or comparable 5-star operators.

Demonstrated success overseeing multiple outlets and large teams in high-volume urban hotels.

Strong business acumen with proven results in revenue maximisation and guest satisfaction.
